AIRPORT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Airport Commission conducted a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 14, 1988 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Ippel, Chairman <br />Mr. Don Greenberg <br />Mr. Richard Emery <br />Mr. Dennis Donovan <br />Mr. Virgil Barnes <br />Mr. David Chapman <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Oltmanns <br />Mr. Roger Anderson <br />Mr. Ron Erickson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Ippel called the regular Airport Commission meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPIOT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AOENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda with the addition of the resignation of Larry Oltmanns from the Airport <br />Commission. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AIRPORT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Emery and seconded by Commissioner Barnes to approve the October 12, 1988 regular <br />Airport Commission meeting minutes with the correction of Commissioner Dennis Donovan being among the <br />members absent. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Ippel, Commissioners Greenberg, Emery, Donovan, Barnes and Chapman. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Oltmanns, Anderson and Erickson. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case # 1: <br /> <br />Mflke recommendations to City Council for appointments to Airport Commission. <br /> <br />Chairman Ippel, Mr. Greenberg, and Mr. Emery volunteered to continue to serve on the Ramsey Airport <br />Commission for terms to expire on December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Chapman and seconded by Commissioner Donovan to recommend to City Council the re- <br />appointments of Chairman Ippel, Commissioners Greenberg and Emery to the Ramsey Airport Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Ippel, Commissioners Greenberg, Emery, Donovan, Barnes and Chapman. <br />Voting No: None.
