Motion by Commissioner Barnes and seconded by Commissioner Chapman to recommend to City <br />Council that John Dahlin be appointed to the Airport Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Ippel, Commissioners Anderson, Greenberg, Emery, <br />Donovan, Barnes and Chapman. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Erickson. <br /> <br />Case ~2: U~)date on Environmental Information Document (ELD). <br /> <br />The F.A.A. has not yet acted upon the EID. On March 7, 1989, City Administrator David Hartley <br />wrote a letter to Mr. Frank Benson, ADO Chief at the F.A.~ requesting expedition of the review <br />process. Chairman IppeI gave an historical account of this process to Messrs. Banwart and <br />Dahlin. <br /> <br />Case #3: Overall Review of A]roort Project. <br /> <br />The importance of the airport must be impressed upon the Ramsey City Council. 'The positive <br />aspects (e.g., economic benefits, etc.) must be listed and stressed in an educational campaign. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br />None. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Chapman and seconded by Commissioner Anderson to adjourn the <br />regular Airport Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
