The project is in conformance with the approved Solid Waste Marmrement Master Plan for the county in which ~he project will occur, if the proposal is being made by a city, county or solid waste marmgement district. 4. The Project Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable laws relating to nondiscrimLnation and affirmative action. 5.
