We recommend that <br />!0 foot drainage utility easements be included along the <br />fronts of Lots 8 and 9 as indicated in the verbal description <br /> . ~o. Lot 9, Block <br />on the plat. We will De.--mit access to CR #63 ~ ~ <br />!. This access location should be as far west as possible and <br />indicated on the plat. The access opening should be not <br />greater than 30 feet in width and more than 300 feet from the <br />east lot line. Lot 8 should also indicate an access location <br />along the east line of that lot. An opening of 50 feet ~rom <br />the lot line to the west should be sufficient to include the <br />existing driveway so that it would not have to be relocated. <br />The remaining frontage on the county road should have the <br />right of access dedicated to Anoka County. This will then <br />req3/ire that both city and county approval would be needed for <br />any ckange of access. <br /> <br />County Ditch Number 14 empties into Ford Brook in the vicinity <br />of the lot line between Lots 2 and 3, Block !.
