However, the wording should be revised to easements for <br />public right-of-way purposes over, under and across rather that for <br />public road purposes over. This would allow for the placement of <br />utilities if needed in the future. <br /> <br />As stated in item 10 of our December 7, 1988 letter, we agreed with <br />Mn/DOT that mitigative measures should be taken to reduce noise <br />levels along State Highway No. 47.
