That, coupled with <br />developer requests for extensions of sanitary sewer and municipal water has initiated consideration <br />of an amendment to the 2000 Year MUSA I~undaries in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is :he !NFORMATION SUBMISSION FOR MAJOR <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS FORM and thc auachments. Also enclosed for your <br />info.wnation are the Men-opolitan Council and Ramsey Comparative Evaluations. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On January 3, 1989, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br />proposed amendment to the 2000 Year MUSA boundary.
