Landscape screening, shall be in accordance <br />with City Policy. <br /> <br />Complete, construct and pave all trails identified in the City's <br />Trail Corridor Plan concurrently with the roads in their <br />developments (i.e., grading with site grading and paving with <br />street or parking lot paving.) No park dedication credit will be <br />given for connecting these trails to existing or proposed trails <br />identified in the City's Trail Corridor Plan. <br /> <br />Complete, construct, and pave trails which may be required, as a <br />trail link connector between existing trails as identified in the <br />City's Trail Corridor Plan. Such trails may be with residential <br />street right-of-ways. No park dedication credit will be given <br />for these connecting links. <br /> <br />Establish park boundary corners for the purpose of erecting park <br />limit signs. The developer shall contact the appropriate Parks <br />and Recreation Department personnel for the purpose of <br />identifying park property corners. <br /> <br />Provide sufficient public road access of no l~ss than 300 ft. for <br />neighborhood parks, and additional frontage for community parks. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY <br /> <br />The State of Minnesota has recognized the importance of providing for <br />parks and open-space in M.S.A. 462.358, subdivision Z {b) which <br />clearly gives the right to Cities in it's subdivisions regulations to <br />require reasonable portt, ons for public use. The City of Eagan has, by <br />this dedication policy, chosen to exercise this right in establishing <br />minimum requirements for meeting the public needs. <br /> <br /> <br />
