Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #88-13 <br />RUM RIVER TERRACE SITE IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project in ~arch, 1988; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution 488-__ awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, Linc. for the site <br />improvements to Rum River Terrace; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in <br />the amount of $8,360.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAY~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes partial payment to <br />W.B. Miller, Inc. for the site improvements to Rum River Terrace in <br />the amount of $8,360.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included <br />in Resolution ~89- approving payment of bills for the month of <br />January, !989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Counci!member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of January, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
