Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR HIGHLAND ELECTRIC, INC. (PROJECT <br />~88-16 CENTRAL PARK WARMING HOUSE SECURITY SYSTEM). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey entered into an <br />agreement .with Highland Electric, Inc. for the installation of the <br />Central Park Warming House Security System. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc., recommended final payment to Highland Electric, Inc. <br />in the amount of $1,897.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />Highland Electric, Inc. for the Warming House Security installation in <br />the amount of $1,897.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial pas~ent is not included <br />in Resolution ~89-01- . approving pa}~ent of bills for the month of <br />January, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of January, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
