Councilmember for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION %89-01- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR HIGHLAh'D ELECTRIC, INC. (PROJECT ~88-17 CENTRAL PARK PARK CENTER SECURITY SYSTEM) WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey entered into an agreement with Highland Electric, Inc. for the installation of the Central Park Park Center Security System on October 11, 1988. ~HEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson ~ Associates, Inc. recommended final pas~ent to Highland Electric, Inc. in the amount of $2,655.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANO}~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes final payment to Highland Electric, Inc. for the Park Center Security System in the amount of $2,655.00. 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor o~ City Administrat6r.to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution ~89-01- approving payment of bills for the month of January, 1989. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The mction for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of Janua~y, 1989.
