Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR E.H. RENNER & SONS, INC. <br />(PROJECT ~88-17 CENTP~L PARK PARK CENTER WELL). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the.City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on October 25, 1988; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution ~88-211 awarding the bid to E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. <br />for the construction of the Central Park Park Center Well. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended final pa~ent to E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. <br />in the amount of $7,219.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY,' STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />E.H. Rennet & Sons, Inc. for the Park Center Well Construction in the <br />amount of $7,219.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this final pas~ent. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this final pa.~nnent is not included <br />in Resolution #89-01- approving pay~.ent of bills for the month of <br />January, !989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councitmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey city Council this the 24th day of January, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
