Councilmember for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION ~89-01- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR COTTOh~WOOD CONSTRUCTION, INC. (PROJECT ~.88-17 CENTRAL PARK PARK CENTER) W-HEREAS the City Council of the '~ , Cl~y of Ramsey approved this project on July 13, 1988; and WHEREAS the ~ , C_~y Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~8S-116 awarding the bid to Cottonwood Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Central Park Park Center. WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final pas~ent to Cottonwood Construction in the amount of $33,802.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY,' STATE OF ~INNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final pa~ent to Cottonwood Construction for the Park Center Construction in the amount of $33,802.00. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release forum for this final payment. ~h~s final payment is not included 3) That the total amount of ~ ~ in Resolution ~89-0!-__ approving pa~ent of bills for the month of January, !989. .na~ the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
