A.~fE~DME}~T <br /> <br /> The following described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business <br /> to R-1U Residential: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block l, Bulow's Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br /> -and- <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, Bulow's Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br /> The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be <br /> shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted <br /> pursuant to Section 170.014 of Chapter 170.01 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
