At that time, the Council <br />granted preliminary approval to using tax increment funds to <br />finance a minimum of $50,000 in site improvements for your <br />project. <br /> <br />In addition, the Council directed that a preliminary deve!o~ment <br />agreement be prepared outlining the responsibilities of both the <br />City and developer for this project. City staff is responsible <br />for determining the specific.amount of tax increment funds <br />available for your project.
