Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. %,ith reference ~o the extension of sto~n~, sewer across T.H. No. i0 au Sunfish Lake Blvd. in the ~ississippi River Taxing District. h~EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council r~ ....... ~ ~ooo which re,crt ~ ~ ~ ..... n~a~es the fc!!owinc: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Mill Increase Mississippi River Storm Sewer Taxing District NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the proposed improvement of such sto_--m sewer in accordance with the report and the financing of all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant ~o ~he Ramsey City Char~er and MS No. 444 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of March, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as re_ogaired by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci!member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the !4th day of February, 1989.
