licensee personally or by leaving the same at the <br />licensed premises with the person in charge <br />thereof. No suspension shall exceed sixty (60) <br />days. <br /> <br />LICENSE YEAR <br />An "on sale' license expires June 30 of the <br />following year of its effective date. The fee for <br />an 'on sale' license granted a~ter the <br />commencement of the license year shall be <br />prorated on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />ENLARGEMENT, ALTERATIONS, OR <br />EXTENSION OF PREMISES <br />Proposed enlargement, alteration or extension of <br />premises previously licensed shall be reported to <br />the City A0minJstrator at or before the time the <br />application is made for a building permit for any <br />such change and the licensee shall also give such <br />information as is required by Section 130.054. <br /> <br />EXISTING LICENSES <br />Any 'on sale' licensee within the corporate <br />boundaries of lhe City of Ramsey, holding a valid <br />"on sale" liquor license on the effective date of <br />this code, which license was granted by an <br />appropriate political subdivision of the State of <br />Minnesota, shall be considered for the purposes <br />of this chapter to have a valid existing license <br />and said licensee need not apply for a new license <br />as provided in Sections 130.053-130.055 herein. <br />All other provisions of this chapter shall be <br />applicable to said existing licensee. <br /> <br />PENALTY <br />Any person violating any provision of this <br />ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more <br />than Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) or <br />imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days <br />or both. <br /> <br />REPEAL <br /> <br />Ordinance #7__-__, codified as Chapter 130.05 <br />of the City Code passed on , 197__, <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This ordinance becomes effective upon its <br /> <br />passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter <br />Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br />PASSED <br />Ramsay, <br />1989. <br /> <br />by the City Council of the City of <br />Minnesota the 14th day of February, <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administralor <br /> <br />Introduction date: January 24, 1989 <br />Posting dates: January 24 - February 14, 1989 <br />Adoption date: February 14. 1989 <br />Publication date: February 17, 1989 <br />Effective date: March 19, 1989 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
