Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />I am pleased to info.~m you that the above law suit has been <br />settled and now dismissed. The city's insurance company on <br />behalf of the City as well as Sue Van Wagner, a fo,~mer Ramsey <br />Council member, settled this action for the total sum of <br />$4,000.00 paid to Marilyn Gallagher and her attorneys. I believe <br />this to be a very favorable settlement on behalf of the City and <br />Mrs. Van Wagner. <br /> <br /> <br />
