This Release expressly extends <br />to and includes all actions, publications, investigations <br />and communications of any kind which took place both prior <br />to and subsequent to March 19, 1983, dealing with my <br />position and conduct with respect to the issue of sewer and <br />water in the City of Ramsey. This Release includes all <br />conceivable claims for all conceivable damage or equitable <br />relief arising out of the referenced incident, including, <br />but not limited to, libel, slander, deprivation of civil <br />rights, disregard of rights, indifference to the infliction <br />of injury, gross negligence, malice, invasion of privacy, <br />compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorneys' fees, <br />costs, etc. This Release extends to all past, present and <br />future claims, known or unknown, and even those claims that <br />could not be reasonably anticipated. The scope of this <br />Release is to be given the broadest possible construction. <br /> <br /> AS FURTHER CONSIDERATION, I will dismiss the above- <br />captioned action with prejudice and without costs or <br />condition. <br /> <br /> AS FURTHER CONSIDERATION, I agree and acknowledge that <br />this payment to me is in satisfaction of a disputed claim <br />and is made to eliminate the litigation expense being <br />incurred by the defendants. This payment is not an admission <br />of any fault or wrongdoing by any of uhe defendants, who <br />have conuinuous!y and steadfastly denied any wrongdoing. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
