This equipment is provided for in the 1989 budget and specifications <br />have been approved by the Road and Bridge Committee. The truck is an additional vehicle <br />needed in the Park Department and for snow removal. The roller is a replacement for an <br />old roller that was bought used several years ago and is in bad shape. <br /> <br />Authorize submital of Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for Windemere <br />Woods Addition, Cedar Hills Addition, and Chestnut Hills Addition to the Minnesota <br />Environmental Quality Board (EQB) (enclosed), <br /> <br />Receive repod from City Atlorney Goodrich regarding issues relating to park dedication <br />and park fees (enclosed). <br /> <br />Adopt resolution receiving feasibility report for 156th Avenue N.W. drainage <br />Improvement Project #88-28, direct Staff to obtain waivers of trespass from affected <br />property owners, and direct the Public Works Department to complete minor grading <br />and culverl installation to provide a drainage outlet to the area adjacent to 156th Avenue <br />N.W.
