Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ~D CALLING HEARING ~?u~, SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT 89-7 (BEAUDRY'S SECOND ADDITIOND WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted February 14, 1989, a report has h~n prepared by Mr. Pete R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. with reference to the seaicoating improvement of the following streets: aD 153rd Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County ~56) and Jaspar Street N.W. bD 152nd Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County ~56) and the easterly terminus of the cul-de-sac. cD Jaspar Street N.W. between 153rd AVe. N.W. and the south plat boundary of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. dD Hematite Street N.W. between 152nd Ave. N.W. and 330 feet north of the north plat boundary of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. ~EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 28, 1989, which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project: Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property cost): Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (3 year te~m) 1st year: 2nd year: 3rd year: $7,851.00 $ 249.24 $ 112.05 $ 98.03 $ 90.56 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU/~CiL, CITY OF P3~ISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sea!coating improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $7,851.00. 2) That a public hearin9 shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of March, 1989, in the Council Cha~ers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice cf such hearing and improvemen% as re~aired by law.
