And also, any dead elm tree or part thereof ~ith bark intact including logs, branches, stumps or firewood which has no% been disposed of properly. Any living cr standing tree or part thereof in the red oak group (red oak, pin oak, scarlet oak, black oak) infected to any degree, with the oak wilt fungus, Cera~ocvstis facacea~m (Bretz) Hunt. Also, any living or standing tree in the. ~hite oak group (~hite oak, bur oak, bicolor oak) that poses a u.1. fungus to other threat of transmission of the oak '~ ~ trees of the same species through interconnected - ~ systems. I~ is unla~fu! for-any person to ~ernit a public nuisance as · defined in 1!0.24 to remain on any premises o~ned or controlled by that person ~ithin the designated control areas of the City.
