RHONDA WILLIAMS PETITION <br /> <br />There were 41 signatures on this petition regarding conditional use of horse keeping. The results <br />were skewed because of three major flaws. <br /> <br />Eleven signatures were not valid. Residents that signed this petition did not live in Ramsey City <br />limits. <br /> <br />Secondly, signatures with the same last name appeared 10 times. <br /> <br />Thirdly, Mr. Swiggum, co-owner of the property in question has also signed this paper. His <br />signature can be found on line five. Property address 17450 Baugh St. appeared again on line 23. <br />This signature is not eligible. <br /> <br />In conclusion, this petition has no validity. It was not obtained randomly and is skewed by the <br />bias and prejudice of those signing.
