2 FebrEary 1989 <br /> <br />TO WHO~,: IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Rhonda Williams has been an associate of mine for the <br />past year and a half. We have worked together as volunteers for <br />the Elk River Community Theatre (ERCT). I have found her to be <br />reliable, competent, hard working, and friendly. She is also a <br />talented artist. Her son, Eric, is a well-behaved and sociable <br />six-year-c!d who seems healthy and well-cared for. They have <br />been in my home many times to help with mailing for the theatre <br />and have accompanied me in the local community helping with <br />theatre puklicity. <br /> <br /> i have been in Rhonda's home on several occasions for <br />theatre work and for Eric's birthday party.
