Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-03- <br /> <br />Resolution granting final plat approval of Northfork 4th Addition. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. a Minnesota corporation, owners and proprietors, <br />and Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, mortgagees, of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota hereafter referred to as "Developers": <br /> <br />A parcel of land located in Outlot C of NORTHFORK, according to the plat <br />thereof on file an of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, in and for <br />said county, in Section 18, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, being more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly comer of <br />Lot 8, Block 5, NORTHFORK; thence South 7 degrees 47 minutes 44 seconds <br />West along the westerly right-of-way line of Andrie Road Northwest 201.44 <br />feet; thence North 78 degrees 24 minutes 6 seconds West 375.00 feet; thence <br />North 29 degrees 19 minutes 54 seconds West 305.75 feet to the <br />southwesterly comer of said Lot 8; thence South 75 degrees 20 minutes 44 <br />seconds East 562.75 feet along the southerly line of said Lot 8 to the point of <br />beginning and there terminating. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on March 7, 1989 <br />to consider the Developers request for sketch plan review 'of Northfork 4th <br />Addition; at which time the Commission recommended that the Developer <br />proceed to final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on March 9, 1989 <br />to consider the Developers request for sketch plan review of Northfork 4th <br />Addition; at which time the Commission recommended that the Developer <br />proceed to final plat approval; and recommend that park dedication be satisfied in <br />cash pursuant to the prevailing Park Dedication Agreement for the Northfork <br />P.U.D., at the time of final plat approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, as follows: that final plat approval of <br />Northfork 4th Addition is granted contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />The Developers providing proof of marketable title for the property to <br />the City of Re_ msey. <br /> <br />Park dedication requirement shall be fulfilled in cash in accordance <br />with Park Dedication Agreement for the Northfork P.U.D. <br /> <br />Developers agree to enter into a Development Agreement with the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
