Case #6: <br /> <br />REQ~ FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTH FORK 4TH ADDITION <br /> By: Mark F~ Banwm't, Comm!~nlty Development Director <br /> <br />On February 21, 1989, the City received application for a minor subdivision (one <br />lot) in the North Fork P.U.D. The lot is located directly South of Lot 8, Block 5 of <br />North Fork. For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed minor subdivision <br />City Engineer's comments <br />Proposed resolution granting final plat approval <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Pursuant to North Fork P.U.D. Park Dedication Agreement, dated February 19, <br />1987, properties that lie North of 153rd Avenue Northwest are addressed in this <br />agreement. At a special joint meeting on March 2, 1989 of the City Council, <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, Park and Recreation Commission and <br />Economic Development Commission, there was major discussion of a <br />comprehensive Park Dedication Agreement for the ~n~;ir~ Northfork P.U.D. <br />Further negotiation will continue between Northfork, a Ramsey select committee <br />and Ramsey staff on this issue. On March 7, 1989, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommended approval of Northfork 4th Addition.
