We are qualified to perform this <br />work as we have performed hydrogeologic inve. stigations for several landfills. <br />We have also provided technical review services for a number of municipal, <br />industrial, and private clients. <br /> <br />Three tasks are envisioned to perfoma this project as described in the following <br />paragraphs. <br /> <br />Task I is a review of the document entitled, "Anoka County, EIS Site <br />· . _ .,: .... ~._ 'n~.~.,_. r~ ,',-_-.~._;,..~ ~., ........ p?/-t,~,,,.." ,-,~,---',':,,',~d h-u F)nnohl. lc and <br />dated July 1988. The document will be rovl~w~o ',;'m~ ~c>pc,zt iv tcc;-~nical <br />content and accuracy. Only those portions of ttm document relating to the Site <br />P Landfill will be reviewed. Since the document appendices were not provided <br />to us, Task I will not include a review of those materials unless so directed by <br />Hakanson Anderson, Inc. <br /> <br />Task II is a review of the document entitled "Phase IB/II Contract Documents <br />for Soil Borings, Slmllow Monitoring Wells, Intermediate Piezometers and <br />Be~lrock Wells at Anoka County, Minnesota" prepared by Donohue and dated <br />January 1989. This document will be reviewed wilh respect to the nature and <br />quantities of work proposed as it relates to providing necessary technical <br />information for tim Environmental Impact Statement. <br /> <br />Task III is preparation of a documentation report summarizing our findings for <br />Tasks i and II. The report will detail any technical inaccuracies and discuss any <br />potential deficiencies.
