Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-03- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF MR. GERALD KRAMBER AS CITY <br />ASSESSOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the City Council of Ramsey met on <br />March 13, 1989 at 5:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center to conduct interviews of <br />applicants for the position of City Assessor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on those interviews and the recommendation of the City <br />Administrator, the Personnel Committee has recommended to the City Council that an <br />employment offer be extended to Mr. Gerald Kramber for the position of City Assessor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator recommends an annual starting rate of pay of <br />$24,000 and that the official starting date be March 31, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) That the City Administrator is authorized to extend an offer of <br />employment to Mr. Gerald Kramber for the position of City Assessor with an annual starting pay <br />rate of $24,000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon~ the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of March, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
