Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 7, 1989 and <br />scheduled a special meeting for Monday, March 13 to review the case. Consequently, the <br />proposed findings of fact and conditional use permit included in this agenda do not reflect any <br />modifications that might be made by the Planning Commission on March 13. On March 14, City <br />Council will be provided with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation regarding <br />Waste Management's request and with an amended version of the proposed findings of fact and <br />conditional use permit, if necessary. <br /> <br />It was noted at the March 7 public hearing by Mr. Terry Miller that the shredder is capable of being <br />transported from site to site and it is projected to be in operation at Ramsey one week out of ever), <br />6. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt findings of fact. relating to Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a waste tire recycling center. <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny Waste Mangement of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a waste fire recycling center. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator X <br />City Attorney .
