A minimum separatinq distance of five (5) feet shall be maintained between site <br />operations and a~,~acent property lines. <br /> <br />An attendant shall be on duty at the site at all times while it is open for <br />use. <br /> <br />The premises and entrances shall be maintained in a clean, neat and orderly <br /> <br /> manner at all times. <br /> <br /> All incominq and outqoinq traffic shall be controlled bv the licensee in such <br /> a manner ss to provide orderly and safe inqress and eeress. <br /> <br />]2. Noise shall not exceed 85 decibels at any property line. <br /> <br />]3. Receipt of new waste tires shall not occur before 7:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />34. <br /> <br />or on Sundays and holidays as set forth in MS 645,44. subdivision 5. Processinq <br />of waste tires shall not occur before 6:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. or on Sunday <br /> <br />or holidays as set forth in MS 645.44, subdivision 5. except that the Department <br />ray .orant temporary waiver of this requirement due to conditions beyond the <br />licensee's control. <br /> <br />Prior to cessation of operation the licensee shall: <br /> <br />a__~. Not.~fy the Department at least 90 days before cessation of operation. <br /> <br />Notify reaular customers of record, if any, at least 60 days before <br />cessation of operation. <br /> <br />C=.~.. <br /> <br />Public notice in local newspapers distributed in the area served bv the <br />station at least 45. but not more than 60 days. before cessation of <br />operation and upon cessation of operation. <br /> <br />d__~. Post a sion at the aate and attendant's window from at least 60 days before <br /> <br />to 120 days after cessation of operation. <br /> <br />These notices and sicns shall identify the date on which ~h. facility will <br /> <br />close and alternate services available. <br /> <br />]5. Upon cessation of ooeration the licensee shall: <br /> <br />Remove all waste tires, used tires, tire oroducts and other solid waste <br />from the site within one week. <br /> <br />b. Pick up litter and remove salvaeed materials within one week. <br /> <br />c. Administer closed buildine pest eradication to the buildine, and <br /> surroundino orounds, by a euaiified pest control operator acceotable to <br /> the Deoartment within one week followino completion and the buildine and <br /> arounds cieanino. <br /> <br /> <br />
