Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-03 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street system under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following described roads: a) Nonexistent 138th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. and Nonexistent Zeolite St. N.W. b) Riverdale Road N.W. between Zeolite St. N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W. ¢) Armstrong Blvd. N.W. between Riverdale Road N.W. and U.S. Highways 10 and 169 be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street %115. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None Resolution #89-03 Page 1 of 2
