NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Gerald Bauer's request for preliminary plat approval of the proposed Oak Run Addition. The plat consists of 29.83 acres and is proposed to be developed with approximately 12 single family residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: That part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner thereof; thence southerly along the west line thereof, a distance of 894.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue southerly along said west line, a distance of 164.62 feet to the northeasterly line of ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 16, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence southeasterly along said northeasterly line, a distance of 395.83 feet to the intersection with the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 5 (also known as Nowthen Boulevard), as described in Final Certificate Document No. 455358; thence southeasterly along said centerline, a distance of 45.52 feet to the intersection with the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence south along the West line thereof, a distance of 1326.92 feet; thence deflect 52 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds left in a southeasterly direction, a distance of 233.65 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence northeasterly at right angles, a distance of 230.00 feet, and said line there terminating; thence northeasterly along said last described line a distance of 207.78 feet to the point of termination thereof; thence southeasterly at right angles, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence southwesterly at right angles, a distance of 226.02 feet to the intersection with the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 5 as described in said Document No. 455358; thence southeasterly along said centerline, a distance of 309.77 feet to the intersection with the following described line: Commencing at a point on the east line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter distant 684.39 feet northerly of the southeast corner thereof (for the purposes of this description, said east llne is assumed to bear North 0 degrees 15 minutes 56 seconds West); thence South 70 degrees 49 minutes 24 seconds West, a distance of 372.81 feet; thence North 3 degrees 19 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 361.48 feet; thence North 0 degrees 15 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of I10.
