Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND DEFERRING AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE <br />RIVER'S BEND PARK SOUTH DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-1 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the River's <br />Bend Park South Development (Project 89-1) bids were received, <br />opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, is appears that <br />lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />of is the <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to defer a contract at this time of <br /> in the name of the City of Ramsey for the River's <br />Bend Park South Development Project according to the plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the Ramsey City Council and <br />on file in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) The city Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of April, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
