65642 <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City is about to award a contract for street and <br />storm ~ewer facilities construction an~ other associated <br />construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to.153rd <br />Avenue N.W. from Engineer Statio~ 49~20 (Andrie Street N.W.) to <br />Engineer Station 74~03 (Trunk Highway No. 10) within the <br />corporate City limits ia accordance with City-prepared plans, <br />specifications and special provisions therefor designated by the <br />City as City Project No. 88-21 and by the State as State Project <br />No. 0202-66 (T.H. 10=3) and State Aid Project No. 199-112-03; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City has requested participation by the State in the <br />costs of the Trunk Highway No. 10 turn lane and median crossover <br />construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the State is willing to participate in the costs of the <br />Trunk Highway No. 10 turn lane and median crossover construction <br />as hereinafter set forth: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Minnesota Statute section 161.20 authorizes the <br />Commissioner of Transportation to make arrangements with and <br />cooperate with any governmental authority for the purposes of <br />constructing, maintaining and improving the tru~k highway system. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
