65642 <br /> <br />Any and all changes in the plans, specifications and/or special <br />provisions for the Stage cost participation construction covered <br />undeu this agreement and all "Change Orders" and/or "Supplemental <br />Agreements" entered into by the City and its contractor for State <br />cost participation construction covered under this agreement must <br />be approved in writing by the State's District Engineer before <br />.payment is made by' the State therefor. <br /> <br />Section G. Compliance with Laws, Ordinances and Regulations <br /> <br />The City shall, in connection with the award and administration <br />of the construction contract and the performance of ~he contract <br />construction, comply and c~use its contractor to comply with all <br />Federal, Stage and Local laws including Minnesota Statute section <br />16B.101 (19g$), together with all ordinances and regulations <br />applicable go the award and administration of the construction <br />contract and the contract construction. <br /> <br />Section H. Right-of-WaY, Easements and Permits <br />The City shall, wighou5 cost or expense to the State, obtain all <br />rights-of-way, easements, construction permits and/or any other <br />permits and sanctions that may be required in connection with the <br />con~ract construction, and shall promptly furnish the State with <br />certified copies of the documengs for all of those rights-of-way, <br /> <br /> <br />
