65642 <br /> <br />construction cost share is to the total contract construction <br />cost without any deduction for liquidated damages. <br /> <br />STATE COST PARTICIPATION CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />100 PERCENT <br /> <br />All of the turn lane and median crossover construction to be <br />performed within the Trunk Highway No. 10 right-of-way limits at <br />the 153rd Avenue .N.W. ~ntersection (the Trunk Highway No. 10 <br />easterly right-of-way line crosses 153rd Avenue N.W. at Engineer <br />Station 73+68.34) within the corporate City limits under State <br />Project No. 0202-66 (T.H. 10=3). Said construction includes, but <br />is not limited to, miscellaneous removals, excavation, backfill, <br />bituminous surfacing and its aggregate base, drainage facilities, <br />signs, pavement marking, turf establishment and the State's <br />proportionate share of item costs for traffic control. <br /> <br />Section B.
