REQUIRED LICENS~ <br /> <br />1. Off-sale liquor license. <br /> <br />No person, except wholesalers or manufacturers to the extent <br />authorized under state license, shall directly or indirectly <br />deal in, sell, or keep for sale any intoxicating liquor for <br />"off sale" sale without first having received a license to <br />do so as provided in this section. "Off-sale" licenses <br />shall be issued only to drug stores and exclusive liquor <br />stores and shall permit "off-sales" of liquor only. No <br />"off-sale" licenses shall be issued to an "on-sale" liquor <br /> <br />licensee. The City may issue a maximum of three (3) "off- <br />sale" licenses. <br /> <br /> <br />
