SECTION 110.198B - COMPLIANCE ORDER: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Whenever the City Building Official determines or has <br />believe that there has been a violation of any provisio~ <br />Building Official shall give notice of such alleged viola <br />Compliance Order to the person responsible therefore. <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />Be in writing. <br />Include a description of the real estate suffici <br />Describe in sufficient detail each violation. <br />Contain an outline of remedial action which, if <br />compliance with the provision of this ordinance <br />Allow a reasonable time, not to exceed sixty (6 <br />performance of any act required. <br />Be served upon the owner, agent, operator or o~ <br />be deemed to be properly served if a copy there <br />i ) served personally upon said owner, age <br />ii) sent by mail to the last known address o' <br /> operator, or occupant; or <br />iii) upon failure to serve the Compliance C <br /> above, said Order will be posted at a con <br /> the affected dwelling unit. <br /> <br />SECTION 110.1980 - PENALTIES: Failure to meet the requirements c <br />shall be a violation of this ordinance and a misdemeanor and is subjec' <br />provided by State Statute.
