Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: 1TESOLUTION #89-04- Resolution granting final plat approval of Wildwood Acres Addition. WHEREAS, Clayton Berg, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Rams%,: Thc Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count)', Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on January 3, 1989 and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage, making any adjustments determined to be necessary as the results of soil borings and topography; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 9, 1989 to determine if cash payment should be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the Ramscy Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 7, 1989 and conducted a public hearing for the preliminary plat approval for Wildwood Acres; and WHEREAS, thc Ramscy Planning and Zoning Commission March 7, 1989 and recommended preliminary plat approval of Wildwood Acres contingent upon compliance with the City Engineer's Report dated February 27, 1989 providing drainage connection along the West side of Lots 4 and 11, Block 1; and WHEREAS, Ramsey City Council met on March 28, 1989 and approved the preliminary plat of Wildwood Acres contingent upon compliance with all items contained in the City Engineer's Report dated Februaw 27, 1989. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, as follows: That final plat approval of Wildwood Acres Addition is granted contingent upon the follo~dng: Ac ]~LhRKETABLE TITLE. The Developer providing proof of marketable title for the property to the City of Ramsey. ?,hEN DEDICATION RE@U!RE.MENTS. Park dedi¢ation requirement shall be fulfilled in accordance with City Council's request for park dedication in effect at the time of the application and in accordance with the Park and Recreation Commission recommendation. This amount will be Five hundred (S500.00) dollars per lot as a cash payment to the City of Ramsey Park Dedication Fund and shall be made prior to the recording of the plat.
