41. <br /> <br />42. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, <br />processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation <br />that will be detrimental to any persons, property or the <br />general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />43. <br /> <br />44. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />On the basis of the foregoing Findings, the City Council concludes <br />that the proposed use does/does not comply with the requirements <br />of the City Code sections 170.013D and accordingly approves/denies <br />the application for a Conditional Use Permit by Danny's Aluminum <br />Processing, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the City Council this the 25th day of April, 1989. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />AT.~T. <br /> <br />City Administrazcr <br /> <br /> <br />
