Ail equipment and vehicles <br />utilized in the conduct of business at Danny's Aluminum <br />Processing, Inc. shall be periodically inspected and main- <br />tained to minimize noise, odors, safety and fire safety <br />concerns. <br /> <br />Water Qualitv. Surface and ground waters originating outside <br />and passing through or adjacent to the Site and runoff water <br />discharged from the Site shall, at its point of departure from <br />the Site, meet all applicable federal and state water quality <br />standards as they exist from time to time during the period <br />of this CUP. The operator shall perform any water treatment <br />necessary to comply with applicable state and federal water <br />quality standards as they exist from time to time during the <br />period of this CUP. Grading and drainage plans shall be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. Berming shall <br />be installed as necessary to control run-off. <br /> <br />Screeninq. The Permit Holder agrees to screen the aluminum <br />processing facility from any public street. The Permit Holder <br />shall submit a screening and landscape plan to the City <br />Engineer for approval prior to commencing processing <br />operations. Such screening shall be achieved using grading, <br />landscape elements, and/or plant materials which will achieve <br />up to 90% opacity. Supplemental screening of the Site may be <br />ordered by the City to comply with the then current screening <br />requirements for outside storage on industrial property. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parkinq. Off-street parking shall be provided such <br />that there is at least one parking space for each employee on <br />the maximum working shift plus three spaces for visitor <br />parking. <br /> <br />Surfacino of Work Areas. Ail storage areas, parking areas and <br />driveway areas shall be surfaced with bituminous or concrete. <br /> <br />Buildinc Permits. No construction or remodeling of any <br />structures shall commence prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit by the city Building official and site plan approval <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br />Scone an~Co~.~u~=~ ~ of Operations.
