LAZARUS GILLES <br /> 8201 163RD AVENUE ~.W. <br /> <br /> On. , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. <br /> Lazarus Gilles to maintain a second dwelling on the property located at <br /> 8201 163rd Avenue N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 9, Block 4, Oakridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City <br /> Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in i£'s duration so long as <br /> the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br /> permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The secondary dwelling on the property shall be limited in size to <br /> one-story measuring 24' x 36'. <br /> <br /> No expansion of the secondary dwelling will be permitted. <br /> <br /> Occupants of the secondary dwelling shall be limited in number to <br /> <br /> Occupancy of the secondary dwelling unit will be subject to issuance <br /> of a certificate of occupancy by the Building Official. <br /> <br />5.
