The ADDENDUM <br />is North Fork's proposal for a comprehensive agreement governing park <br />dedication for the entire PUD. As most of you are aware representatives <br />from the Planning and Zoning Commission, Park and Recreation Com~,ission, <br />City staff, Northfork Homeowners Associat!on and No~h Fork, Inc. met <br />to discuss proposed land park dedication for.the area of the Northfork <br />PUD generally south of !53rd Avenue NW. These representatives reached <br />a tentative agreement.
