170.064 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS (PUD's) <br /> <br />170.065 <br /> <br />parkland dedication requirements for PUD's shall provide <br />a minimum of twenty percent (20%) for private or public <br />open space and recreational uses in accordance with City <br /> <br />Codes Section 170.016K. <br /> <br />STANDARDS FOR ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC <br /> <br />PARK PURPOSES <br /> <br />Land proposed to be dedicated for public purposes <br />shall meet identified needs of the City as contained <br />in the Park Systems Plan, Comprehensive Plan and <br />Trails Plan. <br /> <br />Prior to dedication for public purpose, the <br />subdivider shall deliver to the City Attorney, an <br />abstract of title or registered property abstract <br />for such dedication. Such title shall vest in the <br />city good and marketable title, free and clear of <br />any mortgages, liens, encumbrances, assessments and <br />taxes.
