The plat consists of 75 <br />single family residential lots meeting the zoning requirements fbr Urban <br />Residential lots. !Mr. Knutson has petitioned the City to extend sanitary sewer <br />and water serxfice t(.. these lots. ]~([r. Knutson is proposing to construct streets <br />from 150th Avenue, 151st Avenue and 153rd Avenue to proxSde acces., to the plat. <br />It is being proposed that the subd~xfision is developed in two (2) phases. During August 1987, the Developers received preliminary sketch <br />approval and petitioned the Ramsey City Council for sewer and water ser~ce. <br />Council ordered the feasibility stud>,. In January 1988, City Council accepted the <br />feasibility report and ordered a public hearing.~,'~....= February. 1988, the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approved ~na] sketch plan review and <br />recommended that the developer proceed %~dth pre!i~naQ~ plat based on plan <br />1". Also du~ng February, ti~,~ Park and Recreation Co~i~sicn indicated that a <br />t.a~l cor~dor along the Western bomnaary of the plat satisfy park aed]ta~:on <br />requirements, Also du~ng February !9SS, the Council conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the utility feasibility report and also received the developers <br />petition for inte~or utilities.
