We have recently <br />submitted a comprehensive plan amendment which proposes to bring <br />this proposed plat into the City's 1990 MUSA area. Action on this <br />amendment by the Metropolitan Council is anticipated within the <br />next 60 days although they have a 90 day review period. <br /> <br />Following is a list of comments resulting from our review of this <br />preliminary plat: <br /> <br />The preliminary plat provides for a trail corridor on the west <br />side of the plat. The trail corridor should be designated as <br />park on the final plat. <br /> <br />2. The preliminary plat data omitted the following: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Names and addresses of the owner and subdivider were not <br />shown. <br />Type of surfacing of existing streets was not shown. <br />Street names do not correspond to the City's grid system. <br />No info~mation regarding soil borings to establish the <br />water table presented. <br /> <br />The developer has reduced the number of lots on the east side <br />cf the plat an~ enlarged the remainder to be mcre compatible <br />with Ru~., Acre Estates. <br /> <br />The drainage plan has been revised to indicate that sto_~mwater <br />from !53rd will be piped to the ponding area in Block 2.
