Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-04- <br /> <br />Resolution granting final plat approval of Wildwood Acres Addition. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Clayton Berg, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat <br />approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter, Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on January 3, 1989 and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage, making any adjustments <br />determined to be necessary as the results of soil borings and topography; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 9, 1989 to determine <br />if cash payment should be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 7, 1989 and <br />conducted a public hearing for the preliminary plat approval for Wildwood Acres; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission March 7, 1989 and recommended <br />preliminary plat approval of Wildwood Acres contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Engineer's Report dated February 27, 1989 providing drainage connection along the West side of <br />Lots 4 and 11, Block 1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey City Council met on March 28, 1989 and approved the preliminary plat of <br />Wildwood Acres contingent upon compliance with all items contained in the City Engineer's <br />Report dated February 27, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />Count),, State of Minnesota, as follows: That final plat approval of Wildwood Acres Addition is <br />granted contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />MARKETABLE TITLE. The Developer providing proof of marketable title for the property <br />to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION RE©UIREMENW~. Park dedication requirement shall be fulfilled <br />in accordance with City Council's request for park dedication in effect at the time of the <br />application and in accordance with the Park and Recreation Commission <br />recommendation. This amount will be Five hundred ($500.00) dollars per lot as a cash <br />payment to the City of Ramsey Park Dedication Fund and shall be made prior to the <br />recording of the plat. <br /> <br /> <br />
