WHEREAS, the City desires to update the 2003 AUAR following the same AUAR <br />process; and <br />WHEREAS, the City ordered the AUAR Update on April 23, 2013; and <br />WHERAS, the Official Comment Period closed on June 12, 2013. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the City hereby adopts the Final AUAR Update as regulated by Chapter 4410.3610 of <br />Minnesota Rules be conducted in relation to The COR development in an area. <br />2. That the environmental review contained in the AUAR document shall be based off of the <br />concept plan as commonly known as Development Plan 6.02. <br />3.
