2013. It was noted the Planning Commission had recommended approval of the original COR <br />TWO and staff recommends approval of the revised plat with revisions required to dedicate the <br />necessary right -of -way, or permanent roadway easement, in areas of Sunwood Drive as well as <br />the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard and Bunker Lake Boulevard. Development Services <br />Manager Timothy Gladhill indicated the revised configuration appears to be consistent with the <br />original Planning Commission recommendation. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Backous, to adopt Resolution <br />#13 -02 -042 Granting Revised Final Plat approval to COR TWO, with revisions required to <br />dedicate the necessary right -of -way (or permanent roadway easement) in areas of Sunwood <br />Drive as well as the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard and Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Elvig, Backous, Kuzma and <br />LeTourneau. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Riley, and Tossey. <br />3.
