Recommend actions that the council can rely on <br />How will staff deliver on our expectations? <br />• To take the direction of council, identify opportunities in a process matrix that offers four — five alterative <br />solutions. Evaluate each solution that includes implications; SWOT style comparison and weight rank <br />the alternatives. Select the top two - three ranked solutions.
