SECOND READING <br />CITY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2013-xxx <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF THE ANOKA CITY CODE, <br />ARTICLE V, DIVISION 6, SECTION 74-270 SENSITIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANOKA ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Anoka City Charter and the Anoka City Code, and upon <br />a review of a study conducted by City staff of Chapter 74, Article V, Division 6, Section <br />74-270 Sensitive Development District, by an affirmative vote of a majority of the Anoka <br />City Council members present, is hereby to be amended as shown on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, with stricken text deleted and underlined text inserted. <br />SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effective upon passage and seven days <br />after publication. <br />Phil Rice, Mayor <br />Amy T.
